W elcome to the Ginger
Giraffe bed and breakfast, located in the town of Comox close to
all of the
recreational
fun and activities the Comox Valley has to offer.
A short 15 minute walk takes you downtown to the Marina, several
pubs, restaurants, and shopping - yet we are situated behind a
local dairy farm giving the B&B a rural feel. The adjoining
city of Courtenay is only minutes away by car. Our bed and
breakfast was completed in 2005 but is furnished with old world
charm. We offer
two
very private luxury appointed theme rooms with a separate
lounge for guests use only. The B&B's guest lounge is well
appointed and very large.On the covered patio a hot tub awaits for
your relaxation after a busy day in the Comox Valley. |

In the morning come upstairs to our great room for
a taste of the Comox Valley. We offer
full gourmet
breakfast, often with local produce and local smoked salmon.
A wide variety of teas and coffee are also served with your
breakfast. |

If you are expecting to see giraffes roaming our property ...
well SORRY! Even though we are on the very dry east side of
Vancouver Island, it is not quite the Savanna Grasslands. However,
from our rear deck or hot tub, you can relax and watch the
eagles
soar, or the many deer and
cows
that roam the property that backs on us.
Smoking is permitted outside on a fully covered patio.
